LivePilot Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 23, 2026

LivePilot is a browser-assisted workflow platform. The LivePilot Executor Chrome extension works with the LivePilot web application to verify that the official extension is installed and ready, and to support user-approved browser-assisted workflows.

Single purpose

The LivePilot Executor extension has a narrow purpose: to provide a trusted browser runtime bridge between livepilot.app and the installed extension so LivePilot can verify extension readiness and support controlled, user-approved browser-side workflow steps.

Data the extension may process

The extension may process limited data needed for its single purpose, including:

  • website content visible in the active tab when the user starts or approves a LivePilot workflow;
  • user activity related to the active LivePilot workflow, such as user-approved browser actions, tab context, clicks, form interaction, and workflow status;
  • technical extension readiness data, such as runtime ping/pong messages, nonces, extension version, and readiness state.

The extension does not collect data for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated browsing surveillance.

Data the LivePilot web app may process

When a user uses LivePilot, the web application may process account information, workflow instructions, uploaded documents, generated drafts, proof/evidence records, connected workspace status, and other information the user provides or authorizes for a workflow.

Data not collected for the extension purpose

The LivePilot Executor extension does not collect or sell:

  • full browsing history;
  • credit card numbers or payment card data;
  • health information;
  • precise GPS location;
  • passwords or authentication secrets;
  • unrelated personal communications;
  • data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

How data is used

LivePilot uses data only to:

  • provide and improve LivePilot's user-facing workflow features;
  • verify that the real extension is installed and ready;
  • support browser-assisted workflow execution after user action or approval;
  • maintain security, auditability, proof, and abuse prevention;
  • comply with legal obligations.

Data sharing

LivePilot does not sell user data. LivePilot does not transfer user data to third parties for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated purposes.

LivePilot may share limited data only when necessary to:

  • provide the LivePilot service and its infrastructure;
  • comply with law;
  • protect security, prevent abuse, or investigate misuse;
  • complete a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure

LivePilot's use and transfer of information received from Chrome extension APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. LivePilot uses Chrome extension data only to provide or improve the extension's single purpose and does not use or transfer it for unrelated purposes.

Human approval and controlled execution

LivePilot does not silently submit forms, send emails, make payments, sign documents, or complete high-risk actions without user review and approval. Browser-assisted execution remains controlled by the LivePilot web app and the user's approval flow.

Security

LivePilot uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including access controls, encrypted transport, proof/audit mechanisms, and extension readiness verification through a browser-mediated runtime channel.

Data retention

LivePilot keeps user data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain proof and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion where applicable.

User choices

Users can:

  • uninstall or disable the LivePilot Executor extension at any time in Chrome;
  • revoke browser permissions through Chrome settings;
  • stop using connected workspace features;
  • request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable.

Children

LivePilot is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to children.

International users

LivePilot may process data in countries other than the user's country of residence. Where required, LivePilot will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
