AI operations platform
LivePilot is an AI operations platform for human-approved workflows.
LivePilot helps teams turn intent into planned, reviewable work using AI-assisted operations — without pretending anything is done that isn’t. Every real-world action stays behind human review and approval.
An AI-assisted operations platform
LivePilot uses AI to help plan work, structure tasks, prepare review packets, and explain blocked or paused states. It works as an AI workflow assistant and an AI-powered planning layer built around human-approved AI execution boundaries — AI helps prepare work, and people decide when it moves forward.
LivePilot is designed for AI-assisted workflows with evidence, review, and approval boundaries built in from the start, so AI for business operations never means losing visibility into what actually happened.
What LivePilot OS means
LivePilot OS is the platform concept for one operating layer across future packs — one shared way of planning, reviewing, and approving work across every future industry pack. It is a product concept, not a separate private product and not a new interface namespace: it describes how the platform is organized, not a specific screen you sign into.
Why it matters
LivePilot is designed to avoid fake completion claims. Work that is blocked or paused is shown honestly as blocked or paused, never hidden or silently retried. Every step stays reviewable, so approval always happens before anything real-world happens.
Capability model
LivePilot is organized in layers: a prompt-refinement layer (RePrompt), a planning layer that turns intent into a reviewed plan, human review and approval boundaries around every step, and vertical packs that extend the platform for specific industries. Several capability layers described here are still in development and are presented as planned, not as already live — LivePilot does not claim a capability is available unless current code proves it.
RePrompt by LivePilot
RePrompt by LivePilot is a free public prompt-refinement tool. It turns a rough request into a clear, structured prompt you can bring to any AI tool. RePrompt is intelligence only — it does not plan, execute, approve, or block anything on its own, and it stays separate from execution and real-world action.
Built for every kind of work, one vertical at a time
Medical and dental workflows are being structured as vertical packs on top of the LivePilot platform — a future extension, not the root product. A Romania dental pilot is one early local profile within this vertical, not the global architecture LivePilot is built on.
For medical and dental workflows, AI support is being structured around clinic-provided files, reviewed source packs, and clinician review. AI supports preparation and review; clinicians remain responsible for clinical judgment. LivePilot does not treat general AI knowledge or unreviewed pages found on the open web as medical fact — only clinic-provided files and reviewed source packs, once that structure is in place, are ever meant to back a medical claim.
Trust and safety by design
LivePilot never sends, submits, pays, signs, files, or books anything without your review and approval — no silent execution, ever. Human review, evidence, and approval boundaries apply across every layer of the platform.
