Readiness cards and missing inputs
Readiness cards describe what a clinic still needs — a required file, a missing answer, a pending review — never a confirmed action. Marking evidence as required is not the same as confirming it was checked and accepted, and a pending source review is not the same as an accepted or confirmed source.
Blocked and paused states are not failures
When something is missing or under review, LivePilot shows that step as blocked or paused, not as failed and not as silently skipped. Human review stays part of the process at every step, following the same human-approved workflows used across the rest of the platform.
No fake verification
LivePilot never claims a clinic profile, a staff record, or a reference source is confirmed unless that confirmation genuinely happened through human or clinician review. Readiness language on LivePilot is designed to avoid fake completion claims of any kind.
